I keep coming back for the amazing staff and the beautiful location. The first time I stayed, they even helped me recover my forgotten jewelry. This place has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. See you for Christmas!

the modernized Alentejo houses at Cerro Da Fontinha exceeded our expectations! The woodstove in January was a blessing, and the breakfast delivered to our door was a sweet touch. The personal touches and comfortable furnishings made our stay delightful.
Shower tiles seemed stained.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house and had a fantastic experience. Cerro Da Fontinha Guest House is a hidden gem nestled in beautiful countryside. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The cottage we stayed in was clean and cozy, with attention paid to every detail. The highlight for me was the lovely fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The breakfast provided was outstanding, filled with fresh and organic options. We were pleasantly surprised to find boogie boards, windbreakers, and umbrellas available for our use at the beach. it was a delightful stay.

The breakfast was delicious and conveniently delivered to our door every morning. the location was great, with easy access to beautiful beaches and nearby restaurants and supermarkets.
The property could use some improvements and maintenance. There were construction materials scattered around, which made the place look messy.

The hospitality at this place was outstanding! the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even giving us milk for our coffee and offering to wash our clothes. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh fruits, orange juice, and local cheese. We also loved that the house was beautifully renovated and had a cozy fireplace, perfect for the chilly evenings. the location was ideal, with both the coast and the hills of Rota Vicentina just a short distance away. We also took advantage of the free bicycles provided by the hotel to explore the area.
While the house itself was situated in a beautiful rural setting, there was a bit of car traffic passing by on the small road, especially in the mornings and afternoons. we initially thought that the beach was within walking distance, but it turned out that we had to drive to nearby beaches.

The attention to detail in the finishing of the very old cobb house was exceptional. the cozy atmosphere inside, with a burning fireplace upon our arrival, created a wonderful ambiance. the staff went above and beyond by providing a baby bathtub for our little one. the house was well-equipped and even had a decent bottle of wine waiting for us. the breakfast, delivered to our door at the agreed time, was fantastic. the owners also suggested a great nearby restaurant for dinner. Can't wait to return in the summer for a swim in the lake!
Felt like family, no complaints whatsoever.

We had such a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in the peaceful and unique surroundings of this guest house. The attention to detail in the house was impressive, from the crafted door handles to the cozy cast iron stove. The beds were comfy and the wifi was reliable. We loved the breakfasts, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The private lake with its picturesque jetty was a hidden gem, perfect for fishing and kayaking. The added bonus of free access to bikes, fishing gear, and more made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this guest house for a perfect rural idyll.

The warm welcome, comfortable and well-equipped house, delicious breakfasts, beautiful garden, and close proximity to a stunning unspoilt beach made our stay at Cerro Da Fontinha a perfect break. The attention to detail and cozy atmosphere of the cottage, along with the wood stove for cool weather, added to the incredible experience. The property's respectful preservation of the old houses and tasteful decor created a homey feeling. The in-room breakfast with fresh local items, especially the amazing fresh bread, was a delightful surprise. With the added bonus of a lake on the property, this place exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Gorgeous gardens for lounging, a delightful menu to order from, and the freedom to whip up a gourmet feast in my kitchen. Plus, who needs a concierge when I can swing on the playground like a child?
Oh, I just loved having to borrow a fan during my stay. It's so refreshing to rely on my family for something as simple as a cool breeze.
